The first Reno arch, originally installed over Virginia Street in 1926, is preserved at Mill and Lake Streets near the National Automobile Museum. It was reassembled at this location in 1994 to film the movie Cobb. The last picture shows the entrance to the auto museum. Bishop Manogue Catholic High School at Bartlett Street and Valley Road. The school was at this location since 1957 and moved to a new campus in south Reno in 2004. The buildings have been demolished and the site will be used by the University of Nevada for women's athletics. |
